ONE CALL PLANNED MAINTENANCE AND 10% OFF PARTS AND LABOR DISCOUNT
$79 per HVAC system.
Includes:
One complete 16 point heating or air conditioning service check.
10% DISCOUNT OFF PARTS AND LABOR ON REPAIR CALLS.
Priority service. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 8 AM – 8 pm.
Service Agreement – Level 2
TWO CALL PLANNED MAINTENANCE AND 10% OFF PARTS AND LABOR DISCOUNT
$145 per HVAC system
Includes:
Two complete 16 point service checks (Air Conditioning in Spring and Heating in Fall)
10% DISCOUNT OFF PARTS AND LABOR ON REPAIR CALLS.
Priority service. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 8 AM – 8 pm.
Reduced rates on replacement of heat exchangers, compressors, and coils.
Service Agreement – Level 3
GOLD PLAN
Up to 3-ton: $234 | 4-ton: $244 | 5-ton: $264
Twice a year, one 15 point check and start of air conditioning in the spring, another 15
point check and changeover to heating in the fall.
Parts replacement guarantee on most major parts at NO ADDED COST.
Service calls for one year at NO ADDED COST and guaranteed 24 hour Priority Service if the
situation is deemed an emergency by the service technician on duty.
Reduced rates on replacement of heat exchangers, compressors, coils, and all major
components not covered under the Parts replacenent guarantee.
