What to Expect from a Service Call
Reliable makes about 70 service calls per day. Our priority customers with new installations or service contracts, will receive first consideration when a service call is requested. After completing the Service Call form, you will receive an email to confirm receipt by our system, followed by a phone call from the dispatch team to schedule, a time for your service. We will do our best to work with your schedule but cannot set a specific time for the call. Our service man will arrive in a well-marked company van in a Reliable uniform and with employee identification. After our service, we will glady take a personal check or credit card. If you are not contacted in a timely manner please follow up with a phone call.
What to Expect from a Routine Maintenance Call
Spring and fall maintenance calls for our service contract customers are often scheduled 2 to 3 weeks in advance to accommodate our over 2,000 maintenance customers. Please look for a post card in the mail to remind you to schedule your call or, feel free to call us early spring or fall.
What to Expect from a Duct Cleaning Quote
After completing the Duct Cleaning Request Form you will receive an email from our system confirming receipt, followed by a phone call from the Reliable IAQ expert to schedule a time for your appointment. The Reliable IAQ expert will arrive at your door in a well-marked company vehicle and in a Reliable uniform. He will discuss air quality options and provide a written quote. The actual duct cleaning process takes between 3 to 5 hours per system with a 2 man crew using compressed air to dislodge debris and a high-volume filtered vacuum to capture and contain what we remove. After completing the Sales Call Request Form you will receive an email from our system confirming receipt, followed by a phone call from the sales team to schedule a time for your appointment. The Reliable sales person will arrive at your door in a well-marked company vehicle and in a Reliable uniform. He will first assess your system needs and offer equipment options. Then he will discuss rebates or tax credits that could be applied to your purchase and finally provide a written quote and discuss financing options.
