There was no pain—only gain-a crew of 5 men entered my domain yesterday and put in a new Maytag Hybrid System for Mack and me. They were fun and went right to work — People who enjoy working together get it done. Please let it be known that their names are Tony, Lonny, Kenny, Roger and Billy. Our terrific salesperson was none other than the famous Jim Cain, who by the way sold us our first Lenox unit boy has it been a great one! Then Josh and JB showed up today to clean my vent and duct work.
I hope that other customers get to take advantage of the great team you have working from beginning to end. I even got a personal lesson on how to use my new state of the art programmable thermostat.
Small things mean a lot! Take care to give these men the “that a boy” they all deserve!

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I again wish to thank Reliable for the promptness and professionalism in resolving the heat pump difficulty I had over the weekend. Quite honestly, I thought that I would have some difficulty with Maytag and the 10/10 warranties. I am glad to have been in error in this case. I owe the gentlemen who sold me the Maytag system my thanks also for convincing me not to be influenced by my previous experience.
Lastly and certainly not least, I want to commend again Mr. David Walker. It is very obvious that he takes pride in his work and the company he represents. He completed the work promptly, professionally and courteously

Gentlemen: We would like this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for the professional manner that this transaction was handled; we dreaded the interruption the installation of a new unit would cause in our daily routine. However, thanks to your professional staff this turned out to be much smoother than we imagined. Dear Mr. Cornell, I just wanted to take a minute and express to you how satisfied I am with your company. Last October, your company installed as Infinity system at my home on Lookout Mountain. At the time, I had an installation crew and another crew to clean out my duct work. Last week, your company installed a new heat pump and did extensive electrical work at my mother’s home on Mountain Creek Road. I had as installation crew and up to two electrical crews on this job.
Everyone who worked on both projects was very knowledgeable and professional Throughout the job. Jack and his crews were great to work with. He always had a positive attitude and knew his trade as well as anyone I know. Tony and the installation crew removed the old systems and installed the new in a timely manner and the systems worked as described. My initial contract with your company was Dave Dameron. Without his guidance and “go to” person for both jobs, none of this would have been possible. Dave knew his products and what would fit best in both situations.
I enjoyed doing business with your company. If ever I need your services again, I would not hesitate to give you a call. If someone asked for my recommendation of a Heating and Air Conditioning company, I will always speak highly of your company.
On March 29, my husband Clyde and I purchased a new Maytag unit from Reliable. I just want you to know how pleased we are with all of your employees.
Many people will only write a letter to complain. We had such a pleasant experience with this purchase I felt compelled to express our appreciation. Great customer service is not the norm in these current times, and it is rare that we get to see it first hand.
I regret that I cannot recall the names of everyone involved, but I would like to mention those whom I do remember. From Chris, who diagnosed the problem with our old unit, to Mr. Jim Cain, who sold us our new unit, we were completely satisfied. There were two nice young men cleaned our ducts, and we thrilled with Matt and Jack, who put in our new unit.

Dear Mr. Cornell,January, 2004 Reliable installed a 4 ton, Maytag split system heat pump in my house. I am very pleased with all the work your people did. They cleaned the ducks, removed the old system, installed the new system and had it operating in one day. (This was during one of the coldest days we have had this winter.) All the work was professional, first class, with no short-cuts that I could detect. The men were courteous, pleasant, and left the area clean. The work was accomplished in accordance with Mr. Jim Cain’s presentation. He has been helpful on later questions that I have had.

Rarely do I delight in paying a bill of thi size but eh job performed by Tony (as shared with you at lunch) was just outstanding and makes it much easier to pay for a job well done. It’s not just the way Tony worked that makes Reliable the carrier of choice.
Mary handles the front office with professionalism, coureousness, and diplomacy rarely seen. I am in and out of offices every day fo the week and she certainly would be at the top of the list for office managers. Tony was fantastic in the way he worked and how he handled himself with the contractors.

Dear Clayton:Building our home at Windstone fifteen years ago, we only made a couple of change orders. One was changing the units of heating and air to your company. We knew this would be a smart decision. It truly has been wise. On Monday evening arriving home at 9:00, we discovered our heating was not functioning, and called your office. Within minutes, Chris called us ans was on his way and arrived close to 10;00. In cold weather, he made his way under the house and the heat was backn on. We were most grateful.
Unfortunatly, a short time later, it quitresponding again. WE were able to be moderately comfortable the remainder fo the night and had no intention of calling him back. Calling the next morning, Christ returned at about 8:30. His opening statement was that we should have called him back that night, even though it would have been pushing 11:00. He went immediately back under the house and this time corrected the problem. Throughout his contact with us, Chris demonstrated the very highest level of customer care and the most positive attitude. His performance is that plus quality that stands your organization at the highest level and separates you out above the average firm. It supports why we voted in this year’s Free Press survey as Reliable being the Best of the Best in your field, which you earned top recognition.
Chrs performance is a perfect symbol of your service level. A+
Might I add -in fifteen years – this is the fist difficulty with the heat – and we have only had one minor problem with the air. We knew you would install only the most dependable units. We also add the twice a year check-ups under our contract have gone like clockwork.

Chris came out Wednesday morning on 4/27 to service my a/c unit and replace my blower motor. From the moment Chris introduced himself up until the job was done I was shown the most utmost courtesy and impressive display of professionalism I’ve possibly ever seen from any other “call-out” service. I am a new homeowner who has been in my house a total of 3 days. By the third day I was noticing my air was blowing very warm and the house wouldnot cool below 78 degrees, and we are gettingto the hottest part of July. Being new in town I did not know who to call, but after a little internet research I called Reliable first.
Instead of an automated voice I got a friendly and helpful lady who scheduled a service call for the same afternoon. As I waited for the service tech to arrive I was panicking because I know nothing about HVAC and was afraid I would get stuck with a huge bill and had no idea if my a\c would even be fixed properly.
Danny, a Reliable technician arrive a few hours later to take a look at my unit. He was fast, efficient, and professional as he diagnosed my problem immediately. Within 20 minutes my air was blowing cold again, and the bill I paid was more than fair. I actually felt like I should have paid more!
It’s so refreshing to deal with a professional and honest company. When Danny left he thanked me for my business. I will always use Reliable and recommend them to anyone for future problems and repairs. Thank you very much!

I just wanted to send a note giving a compliment to your company. Yesterday my air condidtioning suddenly went out on some of the hottest days this summer. I had called a couple of companies to come out today and inspect my air conditioning unit to assess the problem. The first technician to come out from another local company happily wrote out an estimate on a brand new Trane unit. Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning cam out next to assess the problem. Brent inspected the unit in the rain and discovered a bug had gotten stuck and was keeping the system from working. He took the bug out and once again the air is on! I just wanted to thank him for his honesty and saving me a lot of money that I don’t currently have. It’s a testimony to your company’s good business practices. I have a lot of friendly and co-workers who are also homeowners and I will gladly relay my story and refer them to your company. Thank you again!
I just wanted to compliment Carl (I think I am remembering his name correctly, please forgive me if incorrect) and his helper who plumbed our new gas line to our unit. They were first class! We have always had good technicians from your company to do routine service on our unit as well as those who installed it initially. Our recent experience was equally good. It is refreshing to get consistently good service from people who act as if they appreciate our business!

Dear Clayton and David, I am sending you this letter to let you know how pleased my family and I are. We had a sewage flood in our house and the water went down in our air vents. I called your company and they were out the next day.
The first impression I got was Jeff calling one hour before he came and he was on time. I have been dealing with home contractors and clean up crews that would tell me something and do it totally different. They were never on time or they would not show up at all.
When Jeff came, he was very professional. He went under my house to see what damage was done and also looked on the inside. He explained everything to me. He wrote down the estimate and was very friendly.
My insurance company was told by a water restoration company, they were done with our house and it was ok to live in. they told me there was only a little water in the vent nothing to worry about and we could run the air. My insurance company made us check out of our hotel and move back home.
I called Jeff and told him what was done. He called my insurance company and explained to them what was wrong and it had to be fixed. He also talked to this water restoration company and told them there were wrong. Because of him, our insurance company put us back in the hotel and is paying for Reliable to fix the real problem.
Josh and Bradley came out to do the work. They are wonderful! Iam extremely pleased with the work they are doing. By the way, they took out several gallons of sewage water out of our system. (The restoration company did not know what they were talking about.) Jeff, Josh, and Brantley want to make my home sage for my family. They are very hard workers and have gone above and beyond to get us back home. With workers like these, you will always have customers refer to you. We have been a happy customer for five years. Please give them all a bonus and let them know how blessed you are to have all of them work for you! Thank you again.

Dear Clayton: I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff for making the additions to our heat and air system, and to let you know how well things are working. I suffer from severe allergies, and my doctor suggested that dust and mold conditions in my 32 year old home contributed strongly to my allergy problems.
The duct cleaning has really helped cut down on the dust problem, and the UV light system you installed solved the mold and odor problems. We had no idea how to deal with the mold and odor and that has really worked. Our basement no longer smells musty.
Also, I wanted to compliment your service buys on the professional and clean work they do. We have used your company for over 10 years in both housed we have woned here, and we appreciate the great service we have received through the years. Your name says it all – Reliable!
